Excellent room, professional responses to all of my inquiries, spacious shower room (especially enjoyed this), nice balcony, awesome daily cleaning service, great heating and hot water, nice location at a walking distance from downtown and the hub of local bus terminal (most important). I highly recommend this hotel for the best value for the price.

Not too far from the airport or Fira Town. The rooms are clean and tidy. The team are very friendly and hospitable. Really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was good and was a nice quiet experience to relax and unwind.

We absolutely loved Onyx Hotel! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Konstantina, the front desk agent, and Katia the owner. They helped us with our car rental and booking a cruise tour. They also gave us insight and information about places nearby and the island in general. The room was spotless and comfortable, and a complimentary bottle of Greek wine was a lovely gesture :) Everything was new, and the aesthetic was impeccable. Breakfast was terrific, and it had gluten-free bread options, which I loved. Just so you know – minor issues were solved promptly and with care. The hotel's location is perfect; close to the airport and close to the center. I would recommend this hotel to my people and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for three days with friends and absolutely loved it! The place was nice, clean, and with a comfortable terrace. We also really appreciated having parking just in front of our room. Breakfast was one of the highlights! Fani, the owner, prepared delicious homemade cake and you can also get very good yogurt, eggs, toasts, etc. The location was great too: about a 25 minutes walk to Fira, or just a 3 minutes walk to the bus stop. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The rooms are very clean, beautiful and comfortable. We had the room with the outdoor hot tub and it was such a great experience for us, the water was with perfect temperature and the hotel is situated far from any tourist looks or any noises. We had great breakfast every morning and Maria was so kind and helpful, she made our stay even more enjoyable by telling us the good restaurants and the best places to be off the crowd. Highly recommend!

Excellent communication with the manager before arriving to the apartment. My flight was early, but I was able to check in before the official check-in time. I was also upgraded to a bigger apartment that I booked, with fabulous view to the sea and sunrise. Very welcoming and kind manager, great welcome wine. Located about 20 minutes walk from Fira and main bus station, about 7 minutes walk from the bus stop, in a very quiet neighbourhood, with some small shops and tavernas nearby. Although a little dated bathroom, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for my needs and had fair price.
