Friendly staff, extra clean (kids made a mess with a chocolate the first night and everything was cleaned the next day), cozy swimming pool to relax, plenty of free public parking next to the building, kitchenette with all you need. We enjoyed our weekend stay very much.

The hotel staff who assisted us were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was very close to the city center. Our room and the hotel’s décor were truly wonderful in terms of cleanliness and size. The breakfast was very delicious. It’s definitely a place we would recommend to everyone. If you are traveling by car, there is no parking problem either — there is a parking lot very close by.

Everything was the same as it is written on booking.com . House of owner was so kind, helpfull. The room decoration was nice. Coffee,netflix, welcome serving at roof bar, lady at reception everything was great. We strongly suggest this place to all families. The location is exactly as shown in the pictures, we have nothing to complain about. The location is a 5-minute walk from the promenade in the port area and 15 minutes from the Kavala fortress (keep in mind that you cannot go by car, the streets are very narrow and sloping). On arrival, we received a bottle of wine and a small bottle of olive oil, which shows the hosts' attention to ensuring their guests have a pleasant stay.

New and comfortable furniture. Location in a quiet area. There is a taverna in the street with excellent food and decent prices. Don't know how often the room is cleaned or garbage is taken out. There is a rather small parking lot and if you are not in a group you have to expect that someone who wants to get out may call you...or vice versa. Iridium is a EU funded housing project aimed at refurbishing 100+ year old houses. It is accomplished with a greatvsence of respect for original materials. The views from the room - Iris - are spot on like on the fotos. The apartment is at a stone’s throw from the yacht harbor right in the old town of Kavala. It has everything you need for a self-cateted stay: fridge, coffee machine… The rooms are spacious and would fit a family of 4. Charis, the owner, has plenty of recommendations, be it for beaches, restaurant, you name it. They took always only a few minutes to answer any requests. We will definitely return and will never stay anywhere else but at Iridium.
