Great location right in the city center of Carlow. The communication with the host was prompt and adaptable. Leanne was helpful and very kind. Fresh food was provided daily including fresh fruit and yogurt in the fridge. The apartment is recently renovated, clean, and with all the facilities. The room was spotless with a comfortable bed. The 18th century home is about an hour SW of Dublin and for the price point, it was perfect for our trip. The house was gorgeous and well taken care of. In the morning she fixed us a full Irish breakfast and was able to accommodate the gf dietary restrictions. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

It was fitted out to a high standard with a lot of care taken. The facilities were great. Lovely big bathroom. Nice kitchen. The outdoor are was really beautiful.

This apartment was in a safe area with free gated parking. Only 2 minutes walk away from the local shop and the host had left us local taxi numbers for us to get to Carlow and back. The host was amazing! Along with quick replies, he was extremely flexible with the check in time and allowed us to check in early as we were travelling a far distance. (August 2025)
