Absolutely dog friendly. Very friendly and empathetic staff, already during the booking communication. Central, quiet, with lovely garden (also for the breakfast) and free parking in the parc. The location was perfect, quiet, and close to the city walls, restaurants, and sights. Breakfast was very good, and we had a wide variety of sweet and savory food. The hotel offers a complimentary aperitivo, which was terrific after a long day's travel. We arrived by train, but the hotel has a parking lot and electric vehicle charging stations. We would love to stay there again on our next visit to Lucca.

We strongly recommend staying here if you are ever in Lucca. Our host, Luca, was exceptional. His warm welcome, friendliness, and helpful nature really made the stay special. The attention to detail was impeccable - candles lit each night, lovely scent throughout the property, bug spray put out in the garden each day - just to name a few! There was secure parking that was free and easy to access. The breakfast served each morning (in the garden) was perfect and lots of coffee options were great as well! Wonderful room with a nice view and modern bathroom. Fully stocked mini fridge and an aircon for the hot summer nights. Finally - the room was absolutely spotless. Couldn't even find a speck of dust anywhere! WE WILL BE BACK!

We liked everything about the apartment. It’s located in a very quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to Lucca’s town centre. There are a number of supermarkets closed to the apartment as well as restaurants, cafes, etc. The apartment was new, spacious, super clean and both kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. Amanda was a delightful host, very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended.
