Newly renovated accommodation in an excellent condition where we had everything we needed. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was a blessing after a warm day of sightseeing. It’s also ideally located in a quiet area with good restaurants nearby, yet only a short walk from St. Mark’s Square. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and flexible. It was easy to contact them, they were always available if we needed anything. This was our first trip to Venice, and staying here made it truly unforgettable. We would love to come back in the future.

Location was very good. . Nice decorated. Everything is new. Great air-conditioned. The room had Everything it needed. It was surprisingly highly soundproof room. Nearly have a lot's of restaurants and supermarkets. Staff is very nice and very helpful for every information. The mestre train station from which you can get to Venice City san marco in 10 minutes and only 1,50€ highly recommended.

Cozy and super clean place! It has everything to feel it like your home! Located in a vintage building with a beautiful front door! The rooms are pacious and very bright. You can request a personal parking spot. Attilio is very friendly and prepared for us a list with a few ways to go to Venice and recommended pizza restaurants as well.
