The room had plenty of space to relax, and the bed was cozy — I slept like a baby. I was especially impressed by how clean and modern everything felt. You could tell they really care about maintaining the place. Having a kitchen was a huge bonus — it was nice to have breakfast in the room instead of eating out. We noticed a washing machine and vacuum too, which would be super handy for a longer stay. And as someone sensitive to smoke, I really appreciated that the entire property was non-smoking. We felt really comfortable the whole time. I'd definitely stay here again!

Phenomenal place for the money we paid (5 people in total, around 4k¥ per person), if we could have, we would have stayed longer. If the price doesn't increase too much over the coming years, there is no reason not to recommend this place. Easy to book, fantastic place (3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 beds), great and big dining and cooking area and even an adjacent living room. If you are in the area, go for it. Heads-up though: we had rented a car (parking space is available, more than enough), so I can't judge public transportation in this case.

Great location to walk further uphill for 30 minutes to visit the Temple and giant Kannon. Also walking distance from Takasaki Station if you're light on luggage. Ten minutes walk to a convenience store but further away for dining out. The room was compact, clean and comfortable, a good overnight stop.
