I can easily say that I have never experienced this hospitality before ( and I have been travelling in SEA for decades). This family is absolutely amazing. Their care, their little surprises, the fantastic help in logistics, everything was over the top! The room was nice, very very clean, super comfty, and well equiped. The bed was also very comfty. The neighborhood is calm, but it is still in a walking distance from the city. The breakfast was excellent, they serve fruits from their own farm! I can highly recomment this hotel for everyone and I hope to return soon.

Great experience with Odambang Village Homestay team! I have been a guest of this lovely family before and with this new accommodation I was pleasantly surprised. Comfortable, clean, simple and authentic. And not to forget great homemade food. Also, Savet is a great guide with vast knowledge about Cambodia and Battambang region. After reading the poor reviews for the hotels, hostels and guest houses in Battambang, we decided to stay at this homestay. A very good decision! This homestay is spotlessly clean, and we enjoyed the little special features throughout this property. The owners are very friendly and very attentive to their guest's every need; always checking if we are comfortable and satisfied. The group of small, cute children really gave this delightful accomodation a fun, family atmosphere. Our hosts gave us a walking tour of their village, and even their bird's nest facility. Our hosts told us many things about the local area, and even their own lives. We stayed in the room with the air conditioning! Very comfortable and clean! A hot shower is available. We loved the welcoming fruit and towel sculptures in all the rooms! Motorcycle rental is available for only $8 per day! I wish we could have stayed longer! When departing, our hosts booked our bus tickets for us, and even gave us a ride to the bus station. This amazing homestay is my place to stay every time I am in Battambang!

I really enjoyed my stay in Family Batcave homestay with Saro’s family. The homestay had everything I needed. The owners were really kind and friendly and Saro even gave me a ride by motorbike to the killing cave up to the mountain and also to see the bats. I was able to use their bicycle for free which was really nice. The breakfast was great and also the dinner that Saro’s wife cooked for me. I warmly recommend staying there for authentic experience of Cambodia!☺️

I've been to Battambang few times and stayed in different places, but this is my favorite one so far. Even though I rarely sacrifice my comfort, this place (with it's Khmer style bath tub:) is totally worth it. It's very well taken care of, everything is very clean, bedsheets, towels, curtains are always extremely fresh. It's surrounded by the lavish garden and is very peaceful and relaxing. Also, the owner and the whole family are very polite and helpful.

The room was large and very comfortable. Linens were very good quality; bathrobes were nice. Breakfast was very good. Pleasant garden surroundings. The hotel is 3km away from city centre, but this is not actually a problem. One ought to come here for dinner if staying in town; the restaurant is very excellent!

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very nice with lovely pool and garden. Owner and staff extremely friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Side note - most comfortable mattress we’ve had our entire time in Cambodia. We used the toot toot driver recommended by the hotel and he was reliable and knowledgeable, we used him for the 2 days of our stay and would recommend him to get around and see the local sights.

I really like the concept of having a cabin, toilets and showers very clean , great staff. I like the location (very central) and the bar/restaurant (atmosphere, decoration, food very good and affordable). I would strongly advise to take Air con. It was much appreciated.

The property is in a good location to get where you need to go. The rooms were very clean, very comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were all very clean and easy to use without any issues.

We had a beautiful stay here. The family is super sweet, attentive and helpful. We were often offered homemade cakes and snacks, and Lay helped us when our scooter broke down. The rooms are huge and well furnished, the residence is super pretty and clean, the location is ideally close to the market and the restaurants areas. We ll definitely come back if we return to Battambang. Bottom line, highly recommended !

Excellent value for money. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and we slept very well. We stayed in room 114, at the end of corridor, so no noise and quiet. Room had a good size, hot water worked well in the shower. Staff was kind. In general, it was a good place for low budget and location easy to reach to the town center. It is just behind the regular tourist bus stop if coming from Siem Reap.
