We booked the whole hotel, all 4 rooms. So we had a lot of privacy and the swimming pool to ourselves. The pool is large and incredibly clean. The owner Damith (Dani) is very friendly and Pobudu cooks very tasty and delicious food. We ate breakfasts and late lunches in the accommodation. The location suited us, as we have visited Sri Lanka 3 times in the past... The sea/ocean is not suitable for swimming but that's okay, there is a large swimming pool.

Hi, I just want to mention that though I did the reservation, I couldn't stay at this place. But I was ecstatic and pleased by the assistance given by the staff in arrangements. They accommodated all my needs ( different checking times, customer breakfast request ,,etc). And also the communication we had was excellent. The staff had very clear and fast communication all the time.

I really liked this hotel, new building, everything is new, in European style, air conditioning in the rooms, huge bed, there is a kitchen where I used a kettle and a refrigerator, very convenient! I was a little worried about the shared bathroom, but the building has 3 floors, and on each floor there is a bathroom with a hot shower, toilet and sink! Thanks to the owner, he has a kind heart! In general, the price-quality ratio is super, I recommend it to everyone :)

For what we were seeking as a place to relax after our flight this was ideal. They were available for alate night check-in and the room and amenity were excellent. The common area and overlooking the beach was a beautiful vista.

Very good communication with the owner, short time to answer. Was there to welcome us in the middle of the night after arriving in Sri Lanka Airport. Very delicious breakfast, served exactly at the time we would like to have it. The big surplus of this property is the pool and the area around the pool. The rooms are good for one or two nights but not to large but clean. Also welcome the cat :-), it's a good place to settle in after arriving in Sri Lanka or for the last night before flying home, the way to Negombo by Tuck Tuck cheap.
