What can I say.. everything was just exceptional. But what I mostly loved is how the staff is so caring and attentive. Everyone makes sure the stay goes smoothly. From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was unforgettable. We booked without any reviews—took a leap of faith—and thank God we did, because what we found was far better than luck. Great location a short walk from the Medina. Clean rooms, safe and secure. Staff are extremely helpful, arranged transportation from airport to hotel upon arrival, and even drove us personally to the train station upon departure! Also allowed early checkin as room was available, very much appreciated. Breakfast simple but well thought out and prepared. Coffee shop and small convenience store a few meters away.
