    Lovely location. I arrived very late and got lost coming - the manager called me and gave me clear directions and couldn’t have been nicer to me. The lodge was clean and comfortable and have everything you could need. The breakfast in the morning was nice and the pool and outlook over the river was amazing. The night I arrived there was a party in the bar next door. Outside the music was loud (and very entertaining) but once inside the lodge I could hardly hear it at all.

    Really enjoyed our stay here. Just down the road from the lower monastery. An ideal location if you’re planning a visit to the monastery. The owner is great. Very friendly and accommodating.

    We stayed in the house for two nights. Thank you for the hospitality - the hosts met us in person, explained and showed where everything was located. It's evident that the owners pay attention to every detail to create a comfortable atmosphere for their guests. The house has everything you need and even more. Everything is freshly washed, ironed, and neatly folded. It's an ideal location for those looking for seclusion, peace, and a stunning view. We came to stargaze and the sky was amazing. Wishing you success and delightful guests!

    We chose Hotel Sokoline because of its proximity to Ostrog Monastery so the location was perfect. The view from our balcony was incredible, even with some cloud. We can only imagine how amazing it must be on a clear day. The room was spotlessly clean. The beds and bedding were the best we have had in 3 weeks of travel. Good pillows and really lightweight duvets. And the towels were even a little bit fluffy :) The hotel restaurant food was good and the service by all hotel staff was excellent - all were keen to make sure our needs were met.
