This is an absolutely fabulous hotel in an excellent central location - a few mins walk to the Britomart train station and the bus stop for the airport, as well as the ferry. The staff are also extremely polite and helpful. Actually stayed here 3 times during the trip to New Zealand it was that good! I mentioned that the mattress was a little soft, so we got a mattress that was more firm! The hotel even held our large luggage overnight when we did a 2-day trip!!! And to top it off, there is a heated swimming pool that's absolutely divine after a long journey!! Cannot recommend it enough - best accommodation during our holiday!!

We were fortunate to find a hotel that offered affordable rates and had the perfect location to meet all our needs. The staff arranged secure parking for us, even when we required it at short notice. The shower pressure was superb, and the temperature was hot, ideal for colder weather.

This hotel is in a great location - a 10 min walk from the airport. Ideal for the stop over before our next flight. The beds were super comfy, showers we really powerful and the room had everything we needed. There are unlimited tea, coffee and cookies in reception and even a coffee machine. There is also a shuttle bus that stops right outside the hotel to take you to the airport- $6 each is pretty cheap! Staff are available in reception 24 hours to check you in

Location is excellent for the airport. We were welcomed warmly and checked in very quickly. As this is a budget hotel, the rooms are small but there was plenty of room for the two of us and our luggage. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was top quality. The bathroom was serviceable, good shower and practical. The whole room was spotlessly clean. This is the second time we have used this hotel for flying out of NZ in the early morning.

This was a last minute booking. I will definitely look at staying again if I have a night planned in the city. Great location, close to everything. My room was spacious and very clean. Everything you would need. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean. On site parking was fantastic, not many hotels in the cbd offer such convenient affordable parking. Definitely made the stay better knowing my car was right there. Will definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Great for what we wanted, cheap but comfy with everything we needed. Yes the room was small, expected that, yes the bathroom was small too, expected that. Shower was plenty big enough, great shower head. No complaints, definitely return for a budget stay. Perfect location to walk to cbd.

This is a decent budget hotel. As long as you dont expect more than that it is absolutely fine - the rooms are small and dated and the facilities are limited, but it is cheap, very clean and the location is very central.
