We loved the location, it was very quite, lots of towels in our room, basic amenities provided. My child loved the pool. Staffs are very hard working. Very courteous and all out smiles when they serve you. Downside, not much choices for buffet breakfast but it's not a problem to us really as we were looking forward eating dinner at Joey's Table, their ala carte menu was fantastic! All the foods that we ordered was amazing to my families liking! Thank you to all the staffs from receptionists to Joey's Table restaurant and the lifeguard who was keeping an eye for the children who were enjoying swimming at the pool!

We had very nice room with river/lake view. The room has smart home functions like aitomatic curtains and lights. The beds were sooooo comfortable. The best beds we had so far in the Philippines. The bathroom was big and also very clean. I can fully recommend this hotel.

This resort delivers unparalleled relaxation, away from the urban jungle's noise, and offers exclusivity without the disturbance of screaming children. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive array of choices, while the rooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. This resort is indeed a haven for us.

First of all they are aware of their promises and responsibilities. They have done the transfer perfectly even tough hey did not manage our returning transfer, I appreciate it (they said they do not have a free seat for the transfer time we asked). Breakfast was more than enough and delicious. Our room was super clean and this hotel is close to very nice restaurants already!

Rooms are small but it is very clean, you can have a good and comfortable sleep. Their meals are delicious and if you want to buy from outside, it's not a problem because there are fastfood nearby. Very ideal place when you want to catch your flight because they have a free shuttle.
