I've stayed at this property twice during my layovers and absolutely love it. It's small, but perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location is super convenient close to shops ( cafes, nails salons, laundry , massage place) and mall of asia which made everything easier. I have stayed here before, and the room was just as good as before. My plane was later, then I had baggage issues (it didn't arrive with me!) so I didn't get to the property until after 1am. The host still meet me, got me my keys and showed me to my room. Location wise, it is literally across the road from NAIA terminal 3. Easily walkable as long as you don't have a lot of luggage.
