It’s a new and very comfortable hotel. Excellent staff, doing their best to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I upgraded my room to their suite with the terrace, and it was lovely. Great value for the money and the large terrace makes the room even more appealing!

I stayed in a cozy studio in Nis, Serbia for three nights and let me tell you, it was like finding a hidden gem with free Wi-Fi. The place was spotlessly clean, the bed was like a cloud, and the location was within a five-minute radius of the center combined with the tranquility of a suburb. Right next door is a huge LIDL supermarket. Extra points for the host - friendly, helpful, and not at all like those overly chatty hosts who make you feel like you're auditioning for a reality show. If you're looking for a place that's comfortable, convenient, and doesn't cost a fortune, this is it. 10/10 I would stay again (and probably extend my stay just to soak up the atmosphere a little longer).

We stayed for one night and absolutely loved it! The flat was super cosy, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need—just like a 5-star hotel. The sunset view from the apartment was amazing, and the location couldn’t be better, with a mall, shops, and restaurants right downstairs. The hosts were incredibly friendly, efficient, and kind.
