Kinigi Cottage was one of our favourite places we stayed on our trip. Room and common area was comfortable and clean. Joachim and the rest of the staff were very attentive and helpful, helping us to organise our trip. The food was amazing, huge portions and delicious flavours. The cottage is also conveniently located close to Volcanoes National Park where the Gorilla trek and other hikes start from.

The place is central. The water is hot and the rooms are clean. We didn’t have breakfast. But I truly believe the staff makes the stay and Eric was genuinely incredible! Super helpful and communicative even before we arrived and assisted us with everything we needed with genuine care. We enjoyed our stay.

Brand new apartment lot located in a local area of Musanze, this gave us the opportunity not only to relax and experience the accommodation, but also to shop around the little shops and meet the locals, Loved it. The places is spotless, clean, comfortable and extremely convenient. I would just recommended to everyone, They have a tower to sit down and chill overlooking the volcanoes. Simply amazing.

I absolutely loved this place. Felt like home away from home. The place was quiet and spotless. Patience, the owner was very communicative, helpful and extremely friendly. There was also a kitchen to use and Patience can also prepare for you very nice meals for affordable price. Drinking water was also provided. Only 10-12 minutes walk to the centre, bus terminals, supermarkets.

The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. They always try their best to make us feel comfortable and help to answer all of our questions. The management team is very responsive. They even helped to recommend tour agencies and drivers when we were planning our itineraries. The resort is helping women to get quality job. The resort is very close to the headquarter of Volcanoes National Park, just a 20 minutes drive, so we get to prepare our activities in the Park with ease. The kitchen of the hotel is pretty nice too, as a vegan, they provide me a lot of options.

Just about everything. Joaquin the owner is great, both dedicated and knowledgeable he makes an excellent host who makes one feel at home. The location is a tropical paradise while the food was delicious both at breakfast and dinner. Our room was unforgettable.

Perfect location, surrounded by magical vulcanoes and in a lush garden. Once you enter the house, you feel being at home at friends because everyone is welcoming and caring. It is not only easy to interact with the owner and the staff but also with other guests over dinner which allows you to meet interesting people. The room was perfect, huge, nicely decorated and with a large veranda with view on Sabinyo.

Location is near the meeting point for Gorilla tracking. Cottage with rooms, balcony, etc. was lovely and staff have been exemptionally good. We have seen many places in the world, but Kingigi Cottage is 'out of this world'. Dinner and Breakfast prepared in the open kitchen for you to see, and the taste was great. Lot of local spices and products are used. Home made marmelade! The experience made is something unforgettable. We will come back for sure, only to chill for a few days at Kingigi Cottage!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. All the staff were incredible. So many thoughtful little touches. The food was AMAZING. The lodge itself has a lovely vibe and it's in a perfect location for accessing the park and exploring the area. Would return in a heart beat.

We had an amazing stay at Kinigi cottage. The location is excellent with incredible views over the mountains. The best thing about our stay were the amazing staff who made us feel very comfortable. Joachim and Angel helped organise all our activities and went above and beyond for us. The meals were truly incredible - an amazing breakfast spread and 3 course dinner menu that changed daily.
