The setting is amazing - beautiful views straight out to sea, with sand at your feet. The meadows surrounding the huts are lovely, and it felt like the perfect balance of nature and comfort. The huts are very sweet and the bed really comfortable. The toilets and showers and clean and practical. It was easy to get to - a 30 mins walk from the train station, or a bus from Halmstad. The staff were really helpful - they even lent us a couple of bikes so we could make the most of the lovely cycling paths around the area - we went to the brilliant Simstadion Brottet, a free open-air swimming pool just around the bay.

Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided by the host — everything was well-organized and perfectly prepared. We got a bit lost on the way, but the host kindly welcomed us and guided us to the property. Location is amazing, there’s 2 supermarkets available around. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Loved our stay at the Elite Hotel in Halmstad — amazing vibe, beautiful interiors, and outstanding breakfast. Great mix of cafés, restaurants, co-working areas, and a well-equipped gym. Staff truly care, which makes all the difference. Stayed in both standard and superior rooms — both gorgeous, but the upgrade is worth it. We enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night.
