The owners of the house were the sweetest couple, they suggested what to see in Shkodra and recommended us the best places to eat and drink. We loved the backyard and their cute cat. Everything was clean and comfortable. It felt like home.

Everything was just perfect. Way before we travelled to Albania, Nevin, a very lovely employee was helping us plan our itinerary to the Albanian Alps. Super helpful and always had a smile on her face. The room was spacious and very clean. They even had our breakfast ready for us the next morning to go since we had to leave early morning. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to everyone and especially Nevin for your help and friendliness.

Location is beautiful and was simple to find. Was manageable with kids to walk to waterfall from there. Decided to get a bit closer to the path to Blue Eye by car, but it is still not very far. Zipline is 5 min away. Rooms were cozy, food was delicious, views fabulous, people hospitable and welcoming.

The breakfast was amazing - coffee, milk, tea, ham, eggs, jam, honey, burek and croissants.

We felt so lucky to discover Mathilda and Aryan’s place on the river near Lake Koman. We originally stopped for just one night before taking the ferry, but easily could have stayed several more. The setting is beautiful, with great hiking trails and a working farm where we enjoyed grapes and fresh produce right from the garden. The pool was perfect for an afternoon dip, and Mathilda and Aryan were such warm and generous hosts. Dinner with them is a must, the food and company made the experience unforgettable. The road getting there was a bit rough, but we just took it slow in our rental car and were fine and it looks like it should be finished in a few months. We’d love to come back and spend more time hiking, especially up to the fortress on the hill behind their house
