It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Loved the spa, was great to come back to after a day out. Breakfast was good and room was nice.

Well situated in the Pradl district of Innsbruck, pradl elf my- apartment is set 1.3 km from Imperial Palace Innsbruck, 1.1 km from Innsbruck Central Station and 1.1 km from State Museum of Tyrol - Ferdinandeum. The property is around 1.3 km from Golden Roof, 3.5 km from Ambras Castle and 39 km from Golfpark Mieminger Plateau. The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna and free WiFi throughout the property. Very cleverly designed, clean apartment with kitchenette with all we needed for self catering; induction cook top, fridge, sink, clean and quality utensils, even a dishwasher. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the generous availability of more pods. Although a small double room, it makes great use of the space and we were comfortable, with one soft chair plus a comfy, wide bench. Large windows also enhance the space. Bed was comfortable, wi fi and shower great and soft thick towels provided. The large communal area downstairs is a bonus for those in larger groups or with children. Keno in reception welcomed us late in the day (he had already replied to our message when our train was delayed and reassured us as to door code etc if we were late to check in) On arrival he provided us with maps, our Welcome Card and and an informative briefing, including advice re food shopping prior to a Sunday and a public holiday when supermarkets are shut and then answered our many questions and helped carry our luggage upstairs. Despite it being late afternoon, he also happily showed us how to use the coffee machine; thanks Keno for such a warm welcome. Location was perfect, 1 km from the station, some of it via a pleasant park and cycle path along the river and a quiet peaceful area. It was an easy walk/cycle or use free public transport ( Welcome card) to the old city centre. A large supermarket and shopping mall is very close also. We made good use of the free bikes available ( with locks and baskets) to both explore locally and rode also to Hall and beyond along the river path.

On-site parking and WiFi are available for free. I love family hotels/guesthouses! This one is easily one of the best we've stayed at. Great breakfast, they have pretty much all you need (scrambled eggs included). Small shared kitchenette is a lovely touch, didn't expect it 👍 In common area there's a TV with PS4 and NES - was a great opportunity to introduce my daugther to retro gaming 😎 Higly recommend this place, we loved our 3 nights here

Good location in the heart of the old town, walking distance to the train station and Nordkette. Very helpful stuff, we were offered prosecco as welcome drink when arriving and coffee to go when we checked out. The room is spacious, clean and stylish, coupled with a lovely inner garden.

Some of the comfortable rooms at Hotel Mondschein offer beautiful city views and a nature inspired starry sky. Decorated in blue marble and Swarovski crystals, the elegant bathrooms feature a hairdryer and a make-up mirror. Mondschein was an amazing experience. The hotel is very well placed, near the bridge on the Inn river, 3 minutes away from the old city. We slept with the window open so we could hear the river running. The hotel is in an old charming building. The room was clean and cozy, even though the furniture a bit outdated. Breakfast was delicious and the staff, very friendly.
