The location, staff, food, bar, spa, etc. I should say, everything & anything about this hotel was amazing. The owner was there everyday overseeing everything & the staff had a great relationship with her. They were like a family & treated all the guests like one. They had a beautiful event for Christmas Eve & an exquisite menu. On Christmas day they had gifts for all the kids & parents. Extremely thoughtful. One of the best places we have ever stayed at.

The stop of the free ski bus is 20 metres away. The hotel is located a few hundred meters away from the central plaza and main gondolas. Every room has a view of the mountain.
