Ciao Amore is a hidden gem. We are a family of 5 and stayed there for 6 days over Christmas 2024. Constantin and Andy are superb hosts. Very friendly, relaxed and welcoming. Always chatting to the guests and making sure we had everything we needed. They were very flexible on evening meals for us but the standard menu choices are good also. Hotel is spotlessly clean and even though the bathrooms are shared they too are immaculate a look like they've only recently been refitted. Buffet breakfast is a real treat. Bus stop is literally right outside with buses running to all the main ski lifts more or less every 30 mins. Great experience overall and would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location, staff, food, bar, spa, etc. I should say, everything & anything about this hotel was amazing. The owner was there everyday overseeing everything & the staff had a great relationship with her. They were like a family & treated all the guests like one. They had a beautiful event for Christmas Eve & an exquisite menu. On Christmas day they had gifts for all the kids & parents. Extremely thoughtful. One of the best places we have ever stayed at.

The building is situated within walking distance from the centre, and thus rather calm (we went early September). The kitchen was well equipped and the accommodation offers bread service. The breakfast was great, and the service was warm and personal. The hotel supplies a locker storage for your ski equipment near the lifts, which is super helpful considering the hotel is uphill. The sauna room is a nice addition after a day of skiing.
