Every aspect about a stay in Zoder Apartments has been carefully planned and prepared by the host, as this was likely the best experience we've ever had in an apartment. Our apartment was very well equipped: spacious bed, a cozy cot for the baby, kitchen including a normal size fridge, microwave, dishes, anything you need. Everything was clean and nice! The house itself was pretty quiet as we couldn't hear our neighbors, and the neighborhood was very quiet as well - even though the main rescue depot located just across the street. Grocery stores and a bakery nearby, also some fast food restaurants for those who arrive in the evening (the grocery shops close 8PM!). Stuwer (a fine restaurant) and Bliss (delightful cafe with tasty cakes) are in a walking distance. Just perfect location if you have some work to do in the Wirtschaftuniversitet area or want to visit Prater, but the town center is also pretty accessible using U2 line and the subway. For those who travel with a baby. When arriving with a stroller for the baby/toddler, you can use a locked room in the ground floor (see label 'Kinderwagen'). If you stay a bit longer and your baby uses diapers, you can access 'Müllraum' (also in the ground floor) to get rid of the stinky stuff. In the shower room, there was also a towel warmer, very useful to dry a few rinsed baby clothes.

It's very spacious for 2 adults and 1 child, 3 years old. All cooking and washing equipment are fully provided. Salt, pepper, and even olive oil are also available. Very satisfying. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Vienna.

A recently renovated apartment in Vienna and within 1.5 km of Schönbrunner Gardens, Next to Schönbrunnpalace close to Public Transport - MySchönbrunn Apartments features a garden, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. It is set 800 metres from Rosarium and offers a lift. The apartment has family rooms. From the very first moment upon setting foot at the property, it felt home. Access to the compound and to the apartment was easy and keyless, thanks to the clear efficient instructions that the hosts had timely communicated at the online check-in stage. Moreover, they had previously provided relevant preparatory information, a crucial diligence to provide a priori situational awareness of the accommodation, the neighbourhood and the city. As I had lived in the area for several years in the past, I was already aware of such. Yet I still consider this as a key point of valuation that illustrates the care and diligence with which the hosts deal with guests at all stages: before, during and after the actual stay. Their care for guest privacy and autonomy was also noteworthy, always on call for any issue that might arise, yet never being intrusive in any manner. The accommodation compound was brilliantly located in an excellent residential neighbourhood, with commerce at the doorstep, convenient infrastructure for both private and public transportation at immediate reach. The compound itself was comprised of a few recently restored traditional housing buildings, set around an internal courtyard. The unit where I stayed met the advertised expectations, comprising of a duplex apartment on the top floors of the house (accessible by both elevator and staircase). The entrance floor of the apartment had a large open area with fully-equipped kitchen facilities, living area and dining area as in the advertised photos. The fully-equipped bathroom was also on the entrance level. Upstairs there was the airy and bright attic bedroom also in open setting and typical sloped ceiling. Both entrance and bedroom floors had ample airy balconies overlooking the nice inner courtyard. The attic bedroom balcony, elevating over the roofs of most neighbouring buildings, further provided wide ample views over the surrounding areas. The accommodation is approved with honours. The unit is very spacious with complete kitchen appliances. The location is very strategic where it is easy to be access via public transport thus provides more options to go to main tourist attractions.

It's clear that every detail has been thought through meticulously in this accommodation. The owner was also very responsive, answering all my requests quickly. Additionally, the underground parking with electric vehicle charging was a big plus. Getting to the city center was convenient with the metro, just an 8-minute ride away. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
