AustraliaFabulous location and brilliant accommodation. A family of 6 were quite comfortable but it truly was the location beach front at Emu Bay that was the winning point. Clean and great facilities in the property. Very grateful for allowing us to put food in fridge whilst cleaners were cleaning at check in and a last minute request for late checkout, showed how accommodating the management were. Highly highly recommend. Will definitely stay again, but will switch to telstra next time for some phone service (although quite enjoyed the non contact-ability for the 5 days we were there)

Scenic views, quiet and great location. We loved our staycation in Kingscote. Brett was a great host who provided a warm cozy retreat with a fire lit each night. The projector TV and surround sound was an awesome addition! Thanks Brett

The house is in a great location, and on the day we left the island we had a 5:30 am boat that took just a few minutes to get to the dock, which was plenty of time.
The room was well equipped with board games, some food, pots and pans, and you could feel the owner's dedication to the property.
There are IGA and petrol stations nearby as well as restaurants.
The view from the door is beautiful, will be back next time, recommended!

Great location, and great and friendly hosts. Very comfortable beds. Love the view, and the beach. Perfectly located for our needs. Would certainly recommend. And will book again. Plenty of space and very clean.

It is a beautiful large family home in an ideal location with sensational views around the property. Decorated in a lovely style which felt warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and will highly recommend it to anyone wanting to travel to KI and base themselves in Kingscote.
