The view of the lake and Lugano from the property was stunning. I also loved the peaceful location of the property, which was spotless and had everything my daughter and I could have wished for, including easy parking out the front. Peter was a enthusiastic, knowledgeable and welcoming host. I would definitely stay at the property again and would certainly recommend it for couples or small families.

Fantastic communication, and contrary to what some of the reviews have stated they give clear instructions for the property (short walk away from station) and how to get the keys. Very clean, and all inclusive apartment. Air con is a real bonus in summers. Have some shops nearby for groceries at station, and around the area. Definitely would be looking to stay again when back in Lugano (with a good deal of course).

Great location near the lake! It is cheap for Switzerland, and paid parking is 4 minutes away. Again, the location and little town was great.

Fantastic spot on the mountain.Very clean, nice view, easy access with the instructions so I could arrive at any hour.
Lovely breakfast down in the restaurant . Public Parking in front of the property and inexpensive . The building has an elevator !

Fabulous location overlooking the lake and ideal for accessing everything. It’s beautifully clean, simple but well equipped rooms and great to have your own balcony looking onto the lake. There’s also a panoramic terrace and a small reading room. The breakfast room is lovely and the buffet breakfast provides everything you need. Lovely lovely staff who are a credit to this hotel.

Everything was perfect about my stay here. The apartment is big, with a huge balcony and stunning views. The host is super welcoming and always ready to help (even at 9 p.m.). The apartment was very clean and had literally anything you could need in terms of kitchen, bathroom, and electronics. Location is supreme, 2 min walk from groceries store, 8 min walk from Central bus and railway station. I am recommending this place to couples, families, and solos like me.
