We were treated with a complimentary bottle of Swiss wine upon arrival - delicious. They anticipated our every need. The apartment had everything we needed and more. It felt like home away from home. They were so considerate of my grandfather (88 years old) who travelled with me. We had a wonderful stay.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Big room, comfortable beds, great bathroom. Perfect choice for visiting the region and avoiding the extremely expensive and crowded Lucerne.

The hotel is located at the bank of Lake Lucerne with magnificent views toward the surrounding hills and the lake. It is mesmerizing. The establishment run by a wonderful Family with passion, professionalism and personal touch. Each guests welcomed and treated with care and love. Since I had my birthday on the weekend - we have received an upgrade to a beautiful suite which was full window, overlooking lake Lucerne, within the suite there was a jacuzzi. The location is quiet, yet, many things to do around. You can also take boat trip, go for a hike, etc. Within a hotel there is a fantastic restaurant - with great Chef and culinary, hospitality team - which is popular by locals and tourists equally. The food is amazing - we had Asian food. The breakfast offers healthy food with fresh local ingredients, from farmers near by - on the buffet menu: fresh cuts, various breads, cheese, fruits, vegetables, sweets, and hot drink and eggs offered everyone as per their taste. The Service Team is the Gem of this hotel - we were just humbled by the treatment of the Team. There is a safe, free underground parking with plenty of places. Thank you very much for the special birthday arrangement, the upgrade, the birthday cake, the kind celebration and chocolates. We are already planning our return trip and waiting to spend few days at the hotel. Our experience was magical, and exceeded our expectation. Yvett

Pilgerhaus Maria-Rickenbach - Anreise nur via Luftseilbahn möglich, que tiene jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis, está en Dallenwil, a 16 km de Teleférico Titlis Rotair y a 20 km de Estación... Highly recommended to those looking to get away from the crowds! Beautiful location high above the valley, yet easy to get to via an aerial tram that departs from the Niederrickenbach train station, a short hop from Lucerne. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent and vegetarian friendly. This is a great starting point for hikes in a gorgeous part of Switzerland - near the hotel, there's a 4 person tram to the Musenalp on the mountain above (https://www.musenalp-nw.ch/bahn/) and it's a 20-30 minute walk to the most unique chairlift I've even encountered (https://haldigrat.ch/). We only stayed two nights - next time we're planning on a longer stay!
