The location next to the subway is great, makes it easy to go places. Close to shops and restaurants.

Room had two queen size beds which was perfect for a family of four. In addition, the customer service was excellent and offered us late checkout from the normal 2pm (!!) to 3pm.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The reception staff were both kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Chengdu.

The place is new and just as it appears in the pictures—amazing, clean, organized, and smells great, with attention to the smallest details. There are no mistakes. What’s great about the hostel is that they have branches everywhere. I have visited their branches in other cities as well, so you won’t have trouble finding accommodation in other cities—just look for them.

We had a fantastic experience at Xishu Garden Inn. The Inn's team is highly professional, friendly, and very helpful. They helped us book train, museum, and theater tickets, helped us with our Alipay, gave us detailed directions to wherever we were going, and even helped us with our Chinese. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were able to do our laundry and they offered us a variety of cleaning services. The breakfasts were excellent, varied, and healthy. We'd have given them a 20, if possible. We'll definitely return next time we're in Chengdu.

Το Gongxili - Xige Hotel ---8mins walk from Tonghuimen metro station, near Tianfu square, close by culture park and Sichuan opera house, English speaking service, speaking service, local tours... The best thing about the hotel, is the staff! They were so helpfull and kind! Also the breakfast had everything you would need. The rooms are very nice, just like on the pictures. The location is good aswell, you can reach interesting spots by walking or short taxi ride. Would say was the best hotel stay of our trip through China! English is also not a problem here, we got along well in the hotel.

The location was excellent. The various amenities also felt modern. I found the laundry convenient, as did a number of other guests who I met while waiting for a load to complete. The atmosphere was friendly and helpful when I encountered any difficulties understanding the instructions.
