La cabina estaba muy cómoda y limpia. La atención de doña María muy buena y muy amable. El lugar súper verde,lleno de naturaleza.

Eco Guest House - Sarapiquí 1 se encuentra en Sarapiquí, a 33 km de Catarata La Paz y a 35 km de Jardines de la Catarata La Paz. This "Guest House" is huge. A family of 4+ could easily move in here and live comfortably. The back decks are beautiful to just sit and watch the jungle. It is a little way down the road from the city, which means it is quiet and very laid back. I had both a breakfast and a dinner while at the guest house. Both were great portions with a lot of variety, tasty, and well worth the money. Unfortunately, my schedule and Wendy's schedule didn't align for her bird tour. There was lots of flora and fauna to explore. My personal sightings included Toucans and a Morpha butterfly. I'm willing to bet that there was a lot I missed that Wendy could have found and shared!

Casa del Cafe-Familiar está en Heredia, a 40 km de Parque Nacional Volcán Poás, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y terraza. El desayuno es muy rico y abundante. Y sobre todo, muy casero, preparado por Gabriela que es un amor de persona. La vista hacia el jardín, la casa y su mobiliario. Todo es encantador.

Villa Calas tiene vistas a la montaña y está en Vara Blanca. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, bar y jardín. En el lodge, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. This felt like a very special place. Everyone has their own cabin with fire place should you need to warm up. There’s a long walk you can do through the jungle from the hotel which was really nice. The staff were really helpful when it came to getting taxis around, but a lot easier here to have a car.

Eco Guest House- Sarapiquí 2 está en Sarapiquí, en la región de Heredia, y dispone de terraza y vistas a la montaña. Middle of the rainforest sits their cute little wood cabin. There is not glass only mesh windows which is nice but a bit loud in the night with animals and rain. The washroom is clean with warm water shower that requires a bit of tinkering to get. Wendy and her family was so nice to us even though we only stayed a day. The location is near the Tirimbina reserve so we stayed here for the night walk. Cute dog too! Hummingbirds were right outside the cabin feasting on flowers.

The staff was very welcoming and always happy to help. The location is incredible, in the middle of the tree. The owner spent the evening talking to us and was very warm. The hotel is huge and the work done to build it is incredible - it truly is a piece of art.

Yatama Rainforest Ecolodge está en Sarapiquí y dispone de wifi gratis, jardín, terraza y restaurante. Algunas unidades tienen zona de estar y/o balcón. Es un lugar fantástico. Pedro es un grandísimo anfitrión, trabaja para que todos los aspectos de tu estancia sean impecables. La comida genial, las habitaciones también, un lujo en medio de la selva. Las excursiones un 10, y el esfuerzo conservacionista del propietario y del staff también. El dinero se reinvierte en proyectos de sostenibilidad y biodiversidad. Muy recomendable.
