The onsite convenience store and the pub at the inn made the experience even more enjoyable because they had everything that we needed and delicious food! Our kids loved the playground.

A wonderful warm welcome from the owner John and his fluffy little assistant Alfie the dog! John was so friendly and helpful both throughout our stay and also before our stay where he contacted us to provide info on ferries etc which was so useful. Our room was beautifully decorated, a great size and a lovely comfortable bed, and the most stunning ocean view! We could tell that a lot of attention to detail is put in to the decor and cleaning of the room and ensuite as they were both spotless. We loved the little tea station provided with the delicious complimentary Island Bakery biscuits. It was lovely and quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of cereals, yoghurts and juices, nd of course a full cooked breakfast which i have to say was the best we have had on our trip to scotland, the bacon and sausges in particular were delicious. John was an excellent chef! The Bnb is jusy a short walk down to the seafront at Tobermory with lots of lovely little shops, cafes and restaurants to visit, and lots of lovely walks in the surrounding areas. A tour of the Tobemory distillery is a must! We visited outside of peak tourist season so it was lovely and peaceful, but noted that a couple of the businesses do close down or open at reduced hours for the winter. Over all our stay was perfect nd we will definitely be back to stay at the Burnbank BnB.

Of all the apartments and houses we have already booked, this was really the most stunning. A terras with a splendid view, a gigantic kitchen and living room, a separate washing room, two very comfortable bed- and bathrooms, all this in a very quiet surroundings with the hosts (a very friendly couple) living on the ground floor... incredible. By the way, don't forget to book in Café Fish on the pier, and the walk to the lighttower really is worth it.

Very good breakfasts and the restaurant on the property served amazing food at reasonable prices and their wine list was great, too. Mathew was very knowledgeable about the wines and a terrific host for dinners. The beds were comfortable and really nice bathroom and shower!
