It’s an smazinh hotel with a great Mountain View. The personell was very friendly and forthcoming. In particular Dato, Miriam and Marian. The massages were exceptional! We could recommend this hotel as the best spot in the area.

Llevàbamos bicis y nos dejaron guardarlas en un recinto cerrado bajo llave.

This review is a tad bit late (got caught up in settling back after the trip), even though it was easily one of the best places I have stayed in. Our stay at 1740 Boutique Hotel went way beyond our expectations. We woke up each morning to stunning views, the breakfast was carefully curated and Boris is so gracious and helpful. The decor is classic and creative. The location is exceptional giving us a clear view of the Kazbegi mountain range. When it was too cold and gloomy to step out we could hangout in the cozy restaurant and order delicious food. Boris was always around to provide information and there to help us with anything we needed.

The host family are so lovely, welcoming and accommodating. They helped us make a fire each night which was such a highlight for our kids. The view is mind-blowing. A really relaxing and peaceful place. The cottages are cosy, equipped to cook meals and wash clothes. Beds super comfy. We could park our car securely in the yard and walk to the main street for groceries, bakery and restaurants. I'd highly recommend.

The town doesn’t have a lot to offer, so you will end up spending majority of your time in the cottage which this is the cottage to stay at. The host is very responsive. Overall great experience and would recommend.

I liked everything about this property the view , the location , the management everything is good, please note its a family run management , and Caty along with her mother is managing the hotel. She was really helpful and pro active in addressing all our needs. The hotel is right at the base of the Mount Elias and the view of Mount Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church was panaromic , the best view so far in my tourist history.

The cozy home, nestled amidst stunning mountain views, is conveniently located near several restaurants. This was our third visit to Georgia, and we are certain to return to this lovely place. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat that feels like a home away from home, this is the perfect choice. It's an ideal escape from city life, noise, and distractions. The nearby local and halal restaurants, just a 2-10 minute walk away, added to the overall convenience and charm of our stay. This place made us feel completely at home, and we couldn't recommend it more highly.
