From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like friends — they met us at the entrance, helped carry our luggage, and even surprised us with a bottle of wine in our room after our walk around Borjomi. The room was spotless, cozy, and perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and set the perfect start to our day. After check-out, they kindly let us leave our car so we could enjoy a few more hours exploring the town — such a thoughtful touch! Every detail, from cleanliness to friendliness, was perfect. We felt truly welcome and cared for. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Borjomi and can’t wait to come back ourselves!

The apartment had everything we needed, and it was comfortable even for four people. The WiFi was stable, which was very important for us. We left the car and walked to the city center in about 15–20 minutes.
