We stayed at Lazaretto Palace while visiting family on Ithaki. Our ferry arrived very early, before check-in, but we were allowed to leave our luggage there while had coffee and visited with family. We booked two rooms and both were excellent. Everything was very clean. We were given water bottles at check in which was helful. The rooms were very spavious and the beds were comfortable and the shower is large. The balcony view is breathtaking. It was so nice to sit there in the mornings and evenings, looking at the beautiful Vathi bay. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the fridge was pretty much brand new. We loved the breakfast provided, which included breads, cereals, yogurt, eggs (hardboiled, scrambled, fried) , bacon, sausage, lunch meats, fresh tomato, coffee, milk, and juices. They also had a variety of jams and yogurt toppings. We'd eat our food on the outdoor balcony tables and it was just perfect. Kudos to the chef. It is a short walk to the city center. Vassily, checked on us every day to make sure everything was okay with our stay. He was very kind and welcoming. He also let us leave our luggage after check out until we headed back to the ferry. We would absolutely stay at Lazaretto again.

El hotel boutique Korina Gallery ocupa una casa veneciana catalogada en Vathi y ofrece habitaciones de lujo con vistas al puerto de Vathi. This hotel is very atmospheric. Our room overlooked the bay in Vathy. The restaurants are close by. The staff went out of their way to give us a good stay. Not surprisingly we enjoyed our time at the Korina Gallery Hotel.

El Perantzada Hotel 1811 está situado en el pintoresco puerto de Vathy, en la isla de Ítaca. Este hotel boutique ocupa un edificio neoclásico del siglo XIX decorado con obras de arte moderno. The hotel in general was gorgeous, very clean, and has great views of the bay. The room was spacious and serviced everyday. The service from all the staff was excellent, the breakfast offers for all tastes. Katarina arranged our travel to and from the island which was very convenient and timely. Small touches like afternoon snacks or icecream were fantastic!
