Location was excellent -close to everything and very convenient with shuttle services to the airport ..breakfast was exceptionally good ..the staff were very efficient and helpful with special mention to Patrick (nicolas ) Pimentel and Cathy …they were very friendly and accommodating ..the rooms were very modern with complete amenities and very clean

Very clean, location is good, gym has many choices and staff were cleaning the machine all the time. At my last night, I need to print out a very important document urgently, one of the staff ( Kay) helped me with patient and caring in the middle of the night. Very appreciate her help!

The overall experience of this stay was very good. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was great, the food was fresh and well matched. When there are many people, there will be a slight queue and seating arrangements, so there is still a sense of order and quiet dining. The doorman service is very good! * The deposit collected by the hotel has been informed to be refunded in about 2 weeks.
