It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.

Very nice and helpful staff (including the owners) who did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very extensive and they prepared what we wanted. We also had lunch and dinner there which were both very tasty. It is a small and friendly resort with a lovely swimming pool. The fire fly tour is highly recommended.

The staff performances were on point, everyone went above & beyond to make us feel welcomed & comfortable. Will definitely book here again.

Bintan Exotica Resort By WH - Free Breakfast ofrece alojamiento de 3 estrellas en Berakit, frente a la playa, y dispone de bicicletas gratis, piscina al aire libre y jardín. Everything was perfect, We were with family and the resort was a perfect getaway. Lily, the owner and her staff were very welcoming and it feels like home. Definitely looking to go back there again :)
