Very nice and helpful staff (including the owners) who did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very extensive and they prepared what we wanted. We also had lunch and dinner there which were both very tasty. It is a small and friendly resort with a lovely swimming pool. The fire fly tour is highly recommended.

Alltrue Hotel Tanjungpinang Bintan ofrece alojamiento en Tanjung Pinang. Breakfast was ok. Even though not much variety but items are not bad. Have local food. Staff are very friendly. Front staff are very kind and attentive. Door staff also very helpful in leading us to taxi etc.

The rooms were also very nice and the beds were very comfortable. There are swings in the hotel and the hotel has a nice beach place with a breathtakin view and the swimming pool also has a nice view.

We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!
