The apartment is fresh, new, and very comfortable. Coffee, tea, and cereal in the cupboard...milk in the fridge.

The host was extremely generous and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to ensure a pleasant, welcoming stay. The facilities were spotless, comfortable, attractive and spacious. The breakfast was lovely, and the scones were an enjoyable treat. We would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. If we did come back to Ireland this would be a must return destination. The pub over the road was also marvellous.

Was passing through the are for work and bonus was a very nice Italian restaurant just down the road. Will use again if back in the locality. Thanks to the host.

Lovely rooms, liked how there was a seperate room. Loved the teas/coffees and biscuits left for us to enjoy. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were so friendly and really aimed to please. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend.

The setting was very nice, with close to all the attractions of the Mullingar area but in the countryside. The host's husband, who was filling in while she attended to family matters, was very friendly and even gave us a tour of his hurling stick manufacturing and shop. It's a gated yard, so it felt very secure, and the breakfast area had everything you needed for a little snack or a good start to the day!

The facilities at this property were new, spacious and of a very high standard, an example being the incredibly soft carpet in the rooms! I was met by the friendly host, but we didn't interact further, as the breakfast was self-serve. There was no hot option (unless you include microwaved porridge!), but plenty of cereals, etc. I don't think that I have stayed in a more comfortable room, which was set in a house with a spacious driveway, in lovely countryside. If you want to be next to food and drink possibilities, you don't quite get that, but it's just 2-3 miles into the Mullingar town, where there is plenty of choice: it seems to be a well-used town, particularly in the evenings, so you shouldn't be lonely!
