Really enjoyed staying here. Great location in Rome, feels safe and super close to popular shops and the Vatican. Also very close to the metro stop so made it really easy to get to. The bed was comfy, everything was nice and clean, great little kitchenette. I didn't meet any staff but the host was so helpful, lovely and responsive over WhatsApp, even taking the time to provide me with lots of tips and suggestions for places to eat. Also kind enough to offer for me to leave my bags there the next day, which was incredibly helpful as my flight out of Rome was not until 11pm that night! And no rush in the morning with check out or breakfast.

Very nice accommodation, walking distance to good metro station, as well as 20 minute walk to the Vatican. Breakfast was good as well, delivered in front of your door every morning.

We had a great stay at Eccelso Hotel! Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We especially liked the high ceilings, which gave the room a spacious and elegant feel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to St. Peter’s Basilica, local eateries, and the train station and Bus is right opposite to this property, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. It's a great choice for families. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels in Italy! The room was cozy and very clean. Minibar is free (soft drink, water, sparkling water, coffee, tea). Nespresso coffee machine was available together with a kettle. Wine glasses, glasses, cups, wine opener too. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
