The best value hands down. Excellent customer service, well designed rooms, location, and clean. The pictures that your hotel uploads actually make the rooms look worse. It's the first time that I experienced where in real life the rooms looked better than the pictures. The rooms are tiny but it is well planned. I have been to bigger rooms and washrooms at other Japanese hotels but I end up banging my elbow here and there due to bad room design but that does not happen at APA.

Simple, modern, quiet. First time in a capsule hotel and I was satisfied. The amenities and separate shower/locker floor made the stay very comfortable. The capsule bed was okay, I did not feel sore afterwards. Convenience stores close, and Nagoya station within a few minutes' walk.

The location was nice directly at the riverside with tons of shops there and close to the station (5 mins by foot)! The view was also great. A lawson is also just 50 meters down the street. The room was clean and the bathroom was standard. What I really loved was the amount of amenities they offer. Skincare, pajamas etc. even shaving cream which I haven’t encountered yet.

Stayed only for the night, but liked everything. Room was nice and clean, comfy bed, everything needed in washroom (towels, shampoo etc). View from window was nice, not on the noisy side of the road/central station. Personel was nice.
