The host was incredibly kind and helpful. He arranged tuktuks for our longer rides at a good price, which made everything so much easier. We enjoyed breakfast and had also dinner at a very good price. One morning, when we left for a hike very early, he even prepared a breakfast to go, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His whole family is truly lovely and welcoming.

It was truly a unique experience. The overall cleanliness. Friendly hospitality from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, modern amenities in the room and bathroom. (Netflix, Prime Video, wide-screen smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi connection) The dinner we had was the best dinner we have ever had in Sri Lanka for such a reasonable price. The breakfast was very delicious with variety. This is truly the best accommodation we have had in Sri Lanka. They always have their own unique identity. That's great,

Beautiful building in a fabulous location. Chalana was very kind and courteous. Would recommend this property. Spotlessly clean, and comfortable bed. Large room and bathroom. Bit of a hike to get to the property, though it is close to town. The pay off is the amazing view. They don't provide breakfast, but there is full access to the kitchen so you can self cater.

This was our third time in Nuwara Eliya, snd this time we were very lucky with the hotel. Firstly, it is located in a beautiful place on a mountain with a view of tea plantations, the city and a Buddhist monastery. You can see it without getting out of bed. Secondly, we had a very nice spacious room with a large balcony, kitchen and a comfortable bed. There was excellent hot water, which is especially important for Nuwara Eliya. Special thanks to host Alex and his staff for their hospitality, desire to help, delicious breakfasts and lunches. For my wife and me, this is the best hotel in Nuwara Eliya

Cozy Heaven, que cuenta con vistas a la montaña, dispone de alojamiento con jardín y balcón a unos 4 km de Lago Gregory. I had an amazing stay here and truly felt like part of the family. The hosts were incredibly warm, caring and always made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The family is very kind and genuine — the son took us on a beautiful hike and guided us through the nature trails, sharing interesting stories and local knowledge. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The father also offers city tours, and he made sure we got to see the best places while learning the history and culture of the area. They really go out of their way to help their guests enjoy the stay to the fullest. The home was clean, comfortable and peaceful. You can feel the love and effort they put into maintaining their place and treating guests like close friends. This is not just accommodation, it is a warm local experience that you won’t find everywhere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly and memorable stay. I will definitely come back again!

We loved how caring the people were! Our room was great, lots of space, bathroom with good shower, what more could you want. The couple who manage the stay are amazing, lots of great recommendations but mainly the food! It was amazing! Best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. We got to learn a lot about Sri Lankan kitchen.
