Loved the place and Tony is a fantastic host that cares about guests having the best of their time while in Jaffna. Location was perfect, 50mts from the bus stop, in a quite area in front of a gorgeous park and a very short walk or bike ride from restaurants and the city centre and fort. Tony and his partner were super helpful with any matter or question I had. They helped me arrange a bicycle to go around town, a tuktuk tour of the northern side of the peninsula, and find good dining spots. Breakfast was good, based on local foods - they even made it take away on my last day as I had an early bus. I had a private bathroom, which was perfectly clean and the shower was great. Although my room was in the ground floor, I never had any issues with noise coming from common areas.

He is very welcoming, helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay and a great time in Jaffna. We where truly, happily surprised by the hospitality.

We traveled around Sri Lanka and of all the places we stayed at, we enjoyed Allen's the most. All worked as described, Allen was ready to help with anything, breakfasts were tasteful and fruit-ful, even wifi worked well (very uncommon during the majority of our other stays). Plus the place is clean and has a cool and laid-back vibe and Allen is a kind host. Fully recommended! Thank you, Allen!

The property is serene and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The restaurant served amazing tasty food! Worth every $!!

Since we traveled in our own vehicle, it was very helpful that the manager took the time to guide us with our route plan and suggest the best times to visit key attractions such as Nagadeepa and other prime locations in Jaffna. The property has ample parking and a comfortable driver's quarters outside the house. The nearby Ammachchi Veg Restaurant was a great convenience, offering tasty meals at reasonable prices, perfect for quick and satisfying dining. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Chapters in Jaffna and truly appreciated the warm hospitality
