Allens home stay está en Jaffna, a 7 min a pie de Templo Nallur Kandaswamy y a 1,5 km de Jaffna Railway Station. We have spent 4 days here, and this place felt like home. Nice and confy room, AC working great, hot shower, the best Wifi in our time in Sri Lanka. Delicious homemade breakfast. Beatiful garden. Super clean. But the best is the host: Allen is just amazing! He was very kind, thoughful, gave all the tips and information, and we still got the chance to talk, share a bit of our experiences. Thank you for everything, Allen!

Excellent Hospitality!! Iresha & Dishtha made our stay more lovable… kudos to whole team for maintaining the property to its best!!! We had a wonderful experience at The Thinnai Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed cold facial towels, juice and attentive service. The property is serene and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. The restaurant served amazing tasty food! Worth every $!!

A very beautiful villa that has been renovated to an exceptionally high standard. We ended up staying here for a week because it was such a wonderful place to relax. The location is excellent for exploring the local area which is very beautiful and a welcome change of pace to the south of the island. We have been in Sri Lanka for 3 months and this was definitely the best accommodation we stayed at. We got regular messages from the host Kam checking everything was ok and if we needed anything. If your looking at exploring the Jaffna peninsula, I would highly recommend staying here.

Borassus Nature Huts by ABC Leisure's group se encuentra en Jaffna, a 8,8 km de Jaffna Fort y a 10 km de Jaffna Public Library. Ofrece alojamiento con restaurante y parking privado gratis. A wonderful experience here. Quite remote and next to a sleepy fishing village, the huts have been lovingly constructed using local materials. They are open to the elements, which allows the fresh ocean breeze to blow through (quite strongly at times!) and keep the rooms cool. Mosquito nets are provided, although we didn’t see any mosquitoes - but still offers protection from various bugs that visit at night, and the pesky flies during the daytime. Some of the huts have steep stairs to access the bedroom upstairs, while the bathroom and toilet are situated separately downstairs (not recommended for the elderly or disabled). However, three new huts have recently opened, that are ground level and have attached bathrooms. The whole place has been built with regard to ecological concerns. The staff (also hired locally) are wonderful and there is a very talented young chef named Ashwin who, in addition to preparing delicious meals, acts as a general manager in the absence of the owner. The property also has its own tuk tuk, which is handy for trips around the island or to Jaffna (29 km away). We would definitely recommend a stay here - it’s a totally different and unique experience, among lovely hospitable people.
