Ahmad was amazing even before we arrived, he contacted us, to share the parking location and sent some one to help with our bags!. Then he gave us a free upgrade to royal suite which was amazing! They always made sure we were getting a fair price for things when we told them we were going shopping for things. They called our guide to make sure he was going when he was running late. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Great location as well.
