We ended up booking two more nights as we loved it so much. Would highly recommend staying for a few days and making use of the beautiful pool and gardens -a true oasis experience. With wonderful hospitality, traditional tea service, kind and solid hosts. It combines tradition with luxury. The room was the best equipped for this type of accommodation of all the places we stayed in Morocco. Small, a little dark, but authentic, clean and very cozy, with a fragrant bathroom. We stayed only one night, but the second we took advantage of their offer to travel to the Sahara, to Erg Cheggaga and spent the night in an authentic Berber camp. It included a 4x4 trip to the desert, camel riding, climbing a high sand dune to watch the sunset, the starry sky at night and welcoming the sunrise. ♥♥♥ The best thing about it all was the guy-Riad guide (sorry, I don't remember your name), who has experienced the Dakar Rally teams, has learned a lot of languages ​​just from interacting with tourists, whose company and conversations with him allowed me to get to know a little about the local culture, the love of the desert and to learn a few words in the local language. ♥ Thanks also to the skilled 4x4 driver

The food was exceptional also possibly some of the best I had in morocco. The staff were amazing, especially Omar. They were very patient with my poor french skills as they did not speak English well. However, it was no problem as everyone was so welcoming and friendly! The garden and property were so beautiful. One of the best places I stayed in morocco and would have stayed longer if i didn't have a schedule. Definitely stay here if you are in Zagora!

Our room for 3 people was huge as was the bathroom and the decor was very tasteful and modern. The bar, dining and lounge areas were similarly large and nicely decorated. The outdoor area and pool were very nice and the water was clear and clean. We had a very nice dinner and breakfast outside by the pool. Our host was very helpful and friendly and took us on a tour of the palmarie, gardens and ksar and was very imformative. Better still it is owned by one of Morocco's leading ultra marathon runners. Highly recommend this Riad.

This is a beautiful place quietly located a couple blocks from the main square. I really enjoyed watching the sunrise and enjoying a delightful breakfast from the rooftop balcony. This place radiates a warm and welcoming appeal and I found the bed very comfortable. Although I don't speak French or Darija, we were able to communicate effectively (partly with a translation app) and he was extremely hospitable and accommodating. I also found the area very nice to explore on foot and met many very friendly people around the city.

The exceptional design of the building conveys a relaxed ambiance that also keeps the building cool throughout the midday heat. The staff is great as is the food. The balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise and have breakfast. The surrounding area from the mountains, farms, historical sites and villages gives great opportunities for hiking around. I would highly recommend this kasbah.
