Perfect location, compatible price and best of all, a perfect host. My host was attentive, careful, friendly, funny, empathetic, I love exchanging ideas in Portuguese (lol) and he became a friend. The place is great. Quiet, with breakfast included (and each day a different menu). The beds even have curtains, which is very rare to find in Hostels, which makes the experience even better. I'm very satisfied! Full mark! And as soon as I return to Nice I will stay at La Maïoun again and again.

We adored our stay & had a beautiful view!

The private balcony is either south-facing or has views of the hills. A new efficient aparthotel, just 10 mins. from the strand or the old town. Underground garage (€20/day) everything secured, we had a very comf apartment, with a modern small kitchen completely efficient.A good comf bed with good pillows. A gorgeous breakfast: good quality products, a great choice of hot & cold food, 2 coffeemachines, teapots for fresh teas/infusions, fresh fruit....everything just inviting with kind helpful staff. If you don't want to have your room made, just hang a card outside the door the previous night. Nobody will enter in the room. We chose9 it also because we have a dog and didn't want to have the maid enter the room while we were having breakfast.

The property features a TV lounge, and a garden. It is located a 10-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Our apartment on the fourth floor was sunny and warm, with two balconies. Our daughter slept on the fold out bed and then we asked for a twin bed in our room which was more comfortable for all. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they really want the guests to have a good time. Hotel has a small garden and a large lobby, very convenient for travel with kids. Well located near two tram stops (Jean Medecin and Durandy) you have lots of sights and transit options to see nearby. Nice to have a well equipped kitchen to cook if you don't feel like dining out, even had local friends over for dinner one evening. Good for families and people with kids.

Located in Menton just a few steps away from the beach. This Art Deco style Hotel offers a floral garden, a sunny terrace, a bar and free Wifi. It also has a room service, 24/7 reception and luggage-storage. I came with a road bike, and I was able to quickly put my stuff in a storage area near the reception. (I took the tires off and put them in a bag. However, there was another person's bicycle, but it wasn't in a bag.) The receptionist and other staff at the hotel are very nice, and breakfast is also very nice. I had dinner at a nearby restaurant [la mandibule]. A cocktail called Mentoneze (local lemon sherbet and limoncello) It was the most delicious citrus dessert I've ever had in my life. I was very fortunate to be able to come to Mentone and stay at this hotel.

Just 170 metres from the train station and within proximity to bus stops, the property is ideally located for visiting the Côte d’Azur. What is more, you can reach the port and beach by foot in just 5-10 minutes. I liked everything. The staff were very nice, location is excellent (5 mins from the train station, very close to the beach). Definitely recommend this place.

Guests can enjoy a meal in one of the onsite restaurants or a drink at the lobby bar restaurant Le Sud Everything! The room so clean and beautiful. Perfect size and the location was excellent.
