Easy to get to from Rotterdam Centraal using the tram or a 20-25 minute walk (I did this with my heavy suitcase). There are many restaurants and bars on the same street as the hotel and the Markthal is only about 15 min walk away. Facilities - the bed was comfortable (I had the lower capsule). The room and bathroom were clean. They offer Rituals shower products for use in the shower and they provide robes. Their policy is that you have to use a slipper in the bathrooms so either pack one or buy from them. There's even a full length mirror in the capsule which is very useful for getting ready. The staff is friendly and helpful - they can give recommendations on where to go for a night out.
