One of the most thoughtful touches was the warm Omani hospitality—we were welcomed with traditional coffee and delicious dates upon arrival, and they were offered to us every time we went in and out of the hotel. Additionally, their rooftop offers a stunning view of Nizwa, making it a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the city. The staff—Raghu, Dil, and Ibrahim—were incredibly courteous and always ready to help, making our stay even more pleasant. A special moment was when we received a thoughtful little gift upon our departure, handed to us by the owner’s adorable son, Jibran—a heartwarming gesture that made our visit even more memorable. If you’re looking for a place with great hospitality, stunning architecture, a prime location, and a beautiful rooftop view, Alaqur View Inn is the perfect choice. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the main area. It’s only a 2-minute walk to Alaqer Wall and about 7 minutes to Nizwa Fort. There are plenty of cafés nearby and even a small supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. We received a thoughtful little gift after check-out, which made our experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this place for families or groups—it’s the perfect spot to relax, feel at home, and enjoy exploring Nizwa to the fullest.
