I had an absolutely amazing experience at Ataraxia Resort in Panama! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with a warm smile and offering helpful recommendations for local attractions. The owners are incredibly attentive and truly care about providing a memorable experience for their guests. They were always willing to help with any requests and gave us great insights into the area. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. The environment is breathtaking. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by lush nature and serene views that are perfect for relaxation. Whether it was lounging by the pool, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, or exploring the local beauty, every moment at Ataraxia was pure bliss. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for a boutique experience in Panama with exceptional service and a perfect getaway atmosphere, Ataraxia Resort is the place to be. Can’t wait to return!

The hosts of this bed&breakfast are amazing! Really nice personal touch, great food, and stories. Felt like being part of a temporary family... a really beautiful place and wonderful hosts. You are surrounded by jungle. The huts are very cozy and they have everything you need. Jen is the host of this accommodation and she lovingly takes care of her guests. There is a delicious breakfast and she helps you organize any activities you want to do. We will remember this accommodation for a long time.

Location was fabulous. Lots of windows with gorgeous views of wayer. Breakfast delivered to the room. We used the free kayaks. Snorkeling in front of the cabin was great. JJ was a wonderful host.

El Hilltop Eco-Lodge with Views & Pool es un bed and breakfast recientemente reformado situado en Bastimentos, donde los huéspedes pueden aprovechar al máximo su piscina con... La atención de los anfitriones y del personal fueron excelentes. Siempre muy atentos a que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. Brian es muy divertido y super atento. Daniel es un gran chef. Se come excelente sin necesidad de mover al pueblo. Sara y Alex son muy buenas personas, siempre ayudando en todo momento. El lugar un sueño. Dormir en medio de la selva fue mágico. La comida espectacular. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas y cómodas. La piscina y todo el lugar en general siempre impecable.

Casita Azul está en Bastimentos y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis a 8 min a pie de Playa de Carenero Noreste. The property is as described. Lots of storage space so you can unpack. Great kitchen. They are very attentive to your comfort. We had one of the air conditioners break down when it was determined that is could not be repaired they had it replaced right away. It is only really needed in the evening and night time for comfort and sleeping. During the day open the doors and windows and the breeze is great. A very comfortable home and a great place to unwind.

Really nice locally owned hostel right by the water :) great chill out area and my stay was made even better by the amazing volunteers who were so amazing and nice!! The hostel is clean and tidy, shared dorm has big lockers and private rooms were very spacious. The Zapatilla tour I booked through the hostel was super fun, we even got to go fishing and caught barracudas. I had a very memorable time in Bastimentos because of this hostel and would highly recommend it to everyone :)

We rented the sailboat. We especially enjoyed the boat vibe, being close to the water for sunrise and sunset, the private dock with hammocks, watching the dolphins, the great snorkling experience right at our spot, the good cooking, the friendly hosts, the day travel to red frog beach with the canoes of the property. We throrougly enjoyed the tropical wilderness and being away from civilization.
