The rooms were absolutely spotless, even better than in the photos, and the breakfast was fantastic every morning. The location is perfect—walking distance to all the major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Cusco. We loved it so much that we extended our stay! When they didn't have a room available, we easily booked with their sister branch, and the staff kindly transferred our bags for us while we visited Machu Picchu. The level of service and care was outstanding. We felt so well looked after. Thank you for an amazing experience—can’t wait to return! Shoutout to Pillar and the other kind receptionist (I forgot her name, sorry!).

All of the staff in the hotel were incredible, some of the nicest politest most helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. The courtyard area is beautiful, as is the rest of the hotel, the food and breakfast in particular is amazing and the rooms were gorgeous with lovely touches such as a town down service with a hot water bottle and chocolate each night!

Perfect location. And the local town is vibey and full of character. Way better than staying in Cusco.
