The hotel is very well located, especially convenient for those arriving via Lima airport. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. We arrived very early in the morning due to an early flight, and they immediately offered us several options to make our wait more comfortable. We were even given early check-in, access to breakfast, and allowed into our room ahead of time – it was absolutely perfect. Truly outstanding service that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Finally, I cannot forget to mention the lovely Wendy - the host who organises all the social events and brings the energy every night no matter the occasion - karaoke, salsa, bingo, DJ sets, beer pong! The host was friendly and helpful. I was offered good advice on places to visit and which places to avoid at night as I’m a sole female traveller. I would recommend this anyone.

The staff was great. Josslyn was very friendly in coordinating the reservation and facilitating an early check-in. Luis told me about Peruvian cuisine and helped me practice Spanish. Lucía was very friendly at check out and told me a lot about Peruvian culture. The breakfast was quite nice as well.
