Bus shuttle is available for visitors who wish to perform Umrah every hour. There are a few cafes (Karak tea/arabic coffee shops) behind the hotel, which you must try! I definitely recommend the hotel to everyone who needs peace after a long trip, especially after you perform UMRAH.
