The time I spent at Dar Hkaïem will stick with me, and it will be the reason I return to Tunisia in the future. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a lovely stay at L'Artisan. The place is cosy and full of charm in a calm street, but what really made it special were the owners — so warm, thoughtful, and welcoming. You immediately feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious, made with care and local ingredients. Every meal felt like a treat. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, and we left with full hearts (and full stomachs!). Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet, heartfelt getaway with wonderful hosts.

Makram, the Assistant Manager, demonstrated outstanding dedication and professionalism. His efforts in helping us navigate logistical challenges were delivered with a reassuring smile and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

Este complejo de lujo está muy bien situado junto al mar Mediterráneo, a solo 26 km del aeropuerto internacional de Monastir. Ofrece una playa privada, 2 piscinas al aire libre y una discoteca. La ubicación es perfecta y las instalaciones muy bien. Además nos trataron excelente, nos dejaron salir a las 20:00 sin coste.

The staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and have everything you need. Special shout put to Asiz, the customer relation manager who was exceptional making sure you have the best stay The room was clean and big ans there was big variety of food every day and super tasty. I wanted have relaxing vacation and that is exactley what i got I will be definitely returning with friends and family

A beautiful property in the Sousse Medina. The downstairs room was large and there were two lofts. Each with a single bed. Mouna took excellent care of everything for us, and her breakfast was very nice. View from roof deck was off the entire city.
