We had the best time with Larbi and his brother who are genuine Berbers. We drunk a lot of "Berber whiskey" aka tea, they made us the best tajine and breakfast was delicious too. We also got an amazing insight to the Berber's desert life. The dunes are right next to the campsite and nightsky full of stars. Bed was clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back!

Great experience in the desert with Hamad, Cecile and all the team who are super nice and helpful! The tents are really comfortable and ensure an immersive experience! We had a superb new year evening with a band playing revisited traditional songs and a great dinner! We definitely recommend Majorelle Desert Camp to live a first experience in the desert!

Nice and comfortable accommodation, just at the edge of the city and the desert. Amazing stuff and hospitality. The food was great and we had a very nice music by the fire, with stars and music. Located close to the Erg Lihoudi dunes. Not big dunes, but you can experience the sand colors during sunset and sunrise. The road to the camp is accessible to any type of car. The communication with the host was perfect, and I was waited in the nearby village to be guided to the camp. Comfortably sleeping in the tent. Clean toilet, hot water, shower. Good meals, but the dinner is overpriced. If you need wifi, the hosts provide hotspot access on their phones. Otherwise, note that Internet over Orange is not reliable. The hosts are very attentive and caring, persistently asking if everything is ok.

As agreed, Ali waited for us in the center of M'hamida, where we parked the vehicle in a secured parking lot for 20 MAD per night. The jeep ride through the desert takes 1.5 hours (€90 for the jeep). After an interesting drive, we arrive at a beautiful small family camp run by Mohamed together with Ali. There are 4 tents and 3 bivouacs in the camp, which makes for a family-friendly atmosphere. Tea and snacks await you. Then we walk along the wonderful surrounding dunes. This is followed by an excursion with camels into the sunset organized by Mohamed (€15 pp/h). After the trip was a fantastic dinner from chef Ali, who prepared the best soup of our entire trip, and the tajine was also superb. Followed by stargazing and hanging out by the camp fire. In the morning, a pleasant simple breakfast and departure from the camp. . Thanks to Mohamed, Ali and the team for a wonderful day and night in a real desert. We recommend it to everyone who wants an authentic experience.

Το Nomads Heaven Camp είναι σε Mhamid και προσφέρει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi και πρόσβαση σε κήπο με βεράντα. Το αεροδρόμιο Αεροδρόμιο Zagora είναι 111 χλμ μακριά από το κατάλυμα. We enjoyed our stay at Nomads Heaven Camp very much. Moloud is a very experienced host and guide, very proficient in different languages. Very friendly! Food was good and typical moroccon dishes for breakfast and dinner. Everything was reasonably priced. It was very quiet, approximately 6 km from Mhamid. You live in tent-like clay buildings. It was rather warm inside during the night. So we did not need warmer clothes inside. You can walk 200-300 m and you enter an area with smaller dunes with super fine sand. We just sat there and enjoyed a sunset and sunrise there. So it is "desert experience light". Be aware that the real desert with the big 100m high dunes is 60 km/ 2h away. Moloud could have organized a tour by 4x4 and/or camel. But that would have taken us more time, also one person had health issues. So ideally you spend 2-3 days. And stay in the "real" desert overnight.

We had a great time in this beautiful and peaceful environment in the dunes. So many stars! great rooms and delicious food! the staff is super friendly and helpful! they can organize everything for you from pick up from the airport to short or long excursions to live and explore the amazing desert by dromedars or 4X4. 100% recomendable!

To Camp Mbark authentic, το οποίο είναι σε Mhamid, προσφέρει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi, κήπο με βεράντα και θέα στο βουνό. The camp is located perfectly fine in some dunes with stunning views. We were lucky enough to be the only guests for the night so we had the campsite to ourselves. The dinner was absolutely fine and we were offered to have a campfire if we'd wanted. What we enjoyed most was the quietness and the stars during the night. No dune-bashers or cars (thank god!). The host is as friendly as you can imagine and organized a camel ride back to the parking area for the following day with a local guy which we also enjoyed a lot. Also communication was easy and pick could be organized smoothly. Definitely 10/10.

Το Erg Chigaga Regency Camp παρέχει καταλύματα σε El Gouera με θέα στην πόλη και διαθέτει κήπο, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge, βεράντα, απευθείας πρόσβαση σε πίστα σκι και παροχές για μπάρμπεκιου. 10/10 doesn’t describe how amazing this stay was! A true desert immersion. We had a transfer from Mahamid. Our driver and also our guide spoke great English and provided an amazing experience, showing us the Nomad villages on the way. The food (we had lunch, dinner and breakfast) was one of the best we had during our 10 days in Morocco. The camp definitely exceeded our expectations, was right next to the big dunes, was super comfortable and clean, with our tent having a private bathroom with a shower and hot water. We took a camel ride to the big sand dunes and sand boarded down them. Cannot recommend enough! An absolute must when you’re in Morocco!
